My approach to therapy is insight oriented, relational with a trauma-informed, feminist and anti-oppressive lens. I am a sex positive therapist and an ally for GLBTQIA+ and the polyamorous (Ethical-Non Monogamy) community.

About Me

​​I have worked in behavioral health since 2003 in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, private practice, community based providers, schools and more. I attended NAU for my undergraduate degree in Social Work and then University of Texas at Austin for my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work. I've been in private practice since 2010 that includes clinical supervision, providing therapy for therapists and consultation groups.


I facilitate creative art workshops, group experiences, creative coaching and more. These workshops, groups and retreats are inspired by myths and mythological themes that your creative works are centered upon. I am a certified SoulCollage® Facilitator and believe it opens many doors to Psyche. I also incorporate mythopoetic writing, collage, fabric arts and much more during these events and coaching.
