I offer indivdidual therapy for adults 18 and older for individual, couples and group psychotherapy sessions.I am an ally for LGBTQIA+ persons and my practice is welcoming and safe for you. My approach to therapy and my work is  sex-positive and trauma-informed.

Individual sessions:

• Insurance is accepted (see Psychology today for contracted insurances)

• Out of pocket or private is $140/session

• I offer a superbill for out of network that you submit for reimbursement

Group sessions:

• Insurance is accepted (see Psychology today for contracted insurances)

• Out of pocket or private is $30-40/session

Couples sessions

• $250 for 80 minutes

• Insurance not accepted for couples sessions

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, Aetna, Cigna and will update this and my Psychology today website when I am onboarded with other insurances.  

Please contact your insurance to see if I am covered and get these helpful insurance questions answered:

• Is Bethany Camp covered by my plan - in network or out of network?

• Do I need a referral to see her? If so, how do I get that?

• Do I have deductible to meet before therapy session are covered? If so, how much? If so, when does my deductible reset each year?

• Do I have a copay for each session? If so, h ow much?

Clinical Supervision

​I am an AZBBHE approved supervisor and supervise associate level clinicians. I supervise clinicians in private practice, group or agency settings and AZBBHE ordered supervision. My LMSW clinicians have a 100% LCSW test pass rate with test prep included in supervision time.  Please contact me for more information.

If you are seeking the deeper layers of naming, expressing and shaping new narratives through creative arts then depth coaching is for you. You will be creating visual narratives about stories told to you, about you and within you. Your story telling is told primarily through form and media. The story will be told using any art form and will include one or more of the following: images, words, symbols, color, movement, music and voice.

In the process of coaching session, you begin to deepen your awareness into what is true to you and what is not. Then begins the reclaiming of Self.​

Session Details

• Coaching sessions are 60-80 minutes long and range from $60-$90 a session. 

• Weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions are offered in person, online or by phone.

Extended process for all styles of coaching can include:

• Monthly or yearly coaching packages

• Half-Day Intensive Sessions

• Designed Intensives, one to tree days, for expanded process and development

• Multi-Day Personal Intensive/Retreat Time, with you that may include location, travel and arrangements where additional costs will apply

Over the years, I’ve offered a large number of live, interactive or online courses throughout Northern and Central Arizona for mental health professionals and in graduate programs at University of Texas at Austin and Northern Arizona University.   

The Courses that will be offered through Cobalt Studios are online and self-paced. The content of courses will differ and include study of themes from myths, fairy tales, movies, songs, and more. Your learning will include themes, symbols, mytho poetic work, journaling, and more. 

Courses will be a variety in depth and length of study to include single session learning and reflection; weeks-long or yearlong courses. These courses will be available for purchase as self-study options.

Course content can include recordings of lectures and webinars, teaching booklets, audio journeys and a variety of other resource materials, all of which are downloadable for your ongoing use. Courses will be posted Spring 2025. 

Cobalt Studios offers a variety of events. We curate events to guide participants, clients and community members through creative depth workshops and retreats. ​

Future events include:

• Live in person creative depth workshops in Flagstaff, AZ

• Live, online creative depth workshops (purchasable in Self Learning after)

• Co-facilitated workshops with other depth coaches

• Creative Depth Retreats in beautiful locations like Sedona, Colorado and Utah
